Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Planreti, operated by Planreti LLC ("Planreti," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Planreti, creating an account, or creating or participating in a plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Planreti provides collaborative event coordination tools, including availability polling, RSVP management, guest invite links, bring-item and potluck signup sheets, and optional premium features for hosts. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
3. User Conduct & Acceptable Use
You are responsible for the content you submit and share through the Service, including plan titles, descriptions, notes, and guest communications.
You agree not to use Planreti to post, upload, or distribute content that is abusive, unlawful, harassing, defamatory, fraudulent, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes the rights of others.
We reserve the right to remove offending content, restrict access to specific plans, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards or applicable law. If you encounter harmful content, contact hello@planreti.com.
4. Subscriptions & Billing (Planreti Premium)
Planreti Premium is an optional paid subscription that unlocks additional host features. By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms below.

| Billing | Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. |
| Cancellation | You may cancel anytime via your Account Billing settings in the app, or through the Apple Subscriptions menu if purchased on iOS. Premium access remains active through the end of the paid period. |
| Refunds | Refunds are handled according to the policies of the purchasing platform (Apple App Store or Stripe), except where required by applicable law. |
5. Intellectual Property
The Service, software, branding, and design are owned by Planreti LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that plans coordinated through Planreti will occur as intended. You use the Service at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PLANRETI LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or where required to protect the Service or other users.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where prohibited by mandatory local law.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
