Privacy Policy
Planreti LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Planreti, a collaborative planning service for coordinating events, availability, and RSVPs. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and retain information when you use our website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly and information generated through your use of the Service:
- Account credentials: Your email address when you sign in via Magic Link, Google Auth, or Apple Sign-In. Authentication is managed through our identity provider.
- Plan & event data: Plan titles, descriptions, proposed dates and times, RSVP and availability responses, guest participation, bring-item and potluck signup sheets, and private host notes you choose to store in the Service.
- Payment data: If you subscribe to Planreti Premium, billing is processed securely by third-party payment processors (Stripe and/or Apple In-App Purchase). Planreti does not store full credit card numbers or complete payment credentials on our servers.
- Technical & usage data: Basic device, browser, and log information needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, sync, and coordinate social plans, polls, and RSVPs across hosts and guests.
- Authenticate your account and maintain your session via Supabase.
- Send transactional communications, including sign-in magic links and event-related updates through our custom transactional email infrastructure.
- Process subscriptions, prevent fraud, respond to support requests, and improve reliability and performance.
3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Service Providers
We share information only as needed to operate the Service, including with trusted service providers such as:
- Supabase — authentication, database hosting, and backend infrastructure.
- Payment processors — Stripe and Apple for subscription billing and receipt management.
- Email delivery providers — to send transactional messages you request or that are necessary to operate your account.
We never sell, rent, or monetize personal user data or contact graphs to data brokers, third-party advertisers, or similar parties. We do not use your plan content or guest relationships for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or with your direction (for example, when you share a plan invite link with guests).
4. Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Account deletion (Apple compliance): You may delete your account and associated plans at any time directly in the app settings or by contacting hello@planreti.com. Upon a verified deletion request, personal identifying data linked to your account will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days, subject to limited backup retention or legal holds where required.
5. Security
We implement administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
